Of the 28 members, nine are in remand prison and they include; Solomon Madzore, the MDC Youth Assembly chairperson. A ruling for Madzore's bail application will be made tomorrow, Thursday at the High Court.

Other activists in remand prison are; Councillor Tungamirai Madzokere of Ward 32, Glen View, Rebecca Mafukeni, Yvonne Musarurwa, Stanford Maengahama, Lazarus Maengahama, Stanford Mangwiro, Phineas Nhatarikwa and Lovemore Taruvinga Magaya.
